OĞULCAN ARSLAN
I’m a driven photographer and a storyteller. My aim is not to know nor to change the world but to propose a new meaning to it through the medium of image. I believe this human commitment is the true force behind and the mark of creativity. As a son of two migrant parents, I’m also personally interested in discovering and questioning the notions of otherness and borders.
